Le Politique, a new French bistro has opened in downtown Austin. I had the opportunity to photograph their cute little Parisian-style patisserie next door for FÖDA Studio.

A Parisian patisserie tucked into downtown Austin is exactly the kind of assignment that makes my job feel like a dream. The details at Le Politique are everything: flaky pastries, vintage-inspired china, that effortlessly chic aesthetic that FODA Studio always brings to life. Getting to document a new restaurant opening like this is what hospitality photography is all about.
