White Mountain Yogurt Lifestyle + Product Photography

Photographing White Mountain Foods for their recent rebrand felt refreshingly straightforward: great product, simple ingredients, and a brand that already knows exactly who it is. I collaborated with WAAY Creative on the creative direction and visual approach for the campaign, building imagery that felt clean, modern, and true to the history of the brand.

White Mountain has been making Bulgarian-style yogurt in Austin since the 1960s using just milk and live cultures, with a slow 24-hour fermentation process and locally sourced dairy.

For this shoot, we focused on clean product imagery and natural lifestyle moments that matched the brand’s long-standing approach to food — simple, honest, and unfussy. We photographed the yogurt in bright kitchens, morning light, and everyday settings that felt real to how people actually use the product.

Commercial food and beverage photography like this is always a reminder that strong branding doesn’t need to shout. Sometimes the best creative direction is simply letting a great product speak for itself.
