Shelter Goods + Retail & Lifestyle Photography in Wimberley, Texas

Shelter Goods is a one-of-a-kind retail destination tucked along the banks of Cypress Creek in downtown Wimberley, Texas — a carefully curated world that sits somewhere between Mexico and Japan. Across three sister shops (Shelter Goods, Ceremony Botanical, and Joon Self-Care), the collection spans furniture, handwoven rugs, ceramics, Japanese incense, sculpture, books, and found objects with a quiet sense of history. It's the kind of place that resists easy categorization, which is exactly what makes it such compelling subject matter to photograph.

Shooting on location in Wimberley, I created a series of lifestyle and retail photographs that capture the tactile, deeply considered atmosphere of the space. The imagery leans into natural light, layered textures, and the quiet strangeness of the objects themselves — designed to work across e-commerce, social media, and brand storytelling. Every frame was built to reflect what makes Shelter Goods so distinct: the feeling that each object has a life before and after the shelf it sits on.
