Cocollected: Chairish Home Tour

This Chairish home tour for Cocollected was the kind of shoot where you walk in and immediately feel the personality of a space. Vintage pieces with real stories, layered textures, an irreverent mix of old and new. Interior photography lives or dies by the light, and this home had it in spades. I love getting to document spaces like this for Austin’s creative community.

Here’s a feature I photographed for Chairish. As a minimalist at heart, it was so fun to peek inside a self-proclaimed maximalist’s at home. I’m scared of stacking art on top of each other or lining up sculptures along one table but Courtney Madden makes designing her home effortless! It made me rethink my bare aesthetic. This is by far one of the most interesting homes I photographed in 2018.
